The journey of an order
| Service | Transit time | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Express Air (UPS) | 4–12 days | Urgent goods, gifts, food |
| Sea (door-to-door) | 30–45 days | Heavy, non-urgent goods when you want to save |
What slows a parcel down?
- Random inspections by US customs or requests for more information.
- Goods declared under the wrong name, or a missing recipient phone number.
- A wrong address or a remote area.
- Weather and peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year).
Remote area addresses carry a 150,000–650,000₫/parcel surcharge depending on the ZIP code; redelivery due to a wrong address costs 550,000–990,000₫/parcel.
Tracking your order
Every order has a UCG-… code — look it up on the Tracking page with your order code and phone number. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, the Tracking page also shows the UPS tracking number.
