Sending cosmetics to Taiwan

For 20kg and over, from just 110,000₫/kg (Food + Cosmetics Air service). See every bracket in the Ship to Taiwan price list.

Example: sending 5kg of cosmetics and snacks (Air (food + cosmetics)): freight 550,000₫ — estimate 550,000₫.

General goods (clothes, household items) go by the General Goods Air service; if you pack food or cosmetics in with them, the whole parcel goes by the Food + Cosmetics service.

Taiwan customs requires the recipient to verify their identity through the EZ Way (易利委) app — the official, free app. The recipient only needs to register once with a Taiwanese phone number and ID (Taiwanese ID card or ARC residence card). Each time a parcel comes in, the app sends a notification and the recipient taps to confirm the declaration within 7 days — after that the parcel is held and storage fees may apply.

Remind the recipient to install EZ Way and register before you send, so the parcel is not left waiting at customs.

• Without insurance: lost general goods are refunded at 150% of the freight; no refund for medicine, replicas, dipping sauces, meat/eggs/dairy, bird's nest, dietary supplements, powders, liquids.
• Insurance: 5% of the invoice value, cover up to 100,000,000₫.

Cosmetics and dietary supplements are high-value, so insurance is worth buying. See insurance & compensation.

• Creams, cleansers, toners: screw the caps on tight, tape them and put them in zip bags.
• Perfume and nail polish are liquids — they have their own surcharge and must be packed in a foam box.
• Keep the original boxes and labels so the goods are declared by their correct names.
