UCargo sends dried food, snacks, coffee and dietary supplements to the Philippines by air, duties included, with a food surcharge of 30,000₫/kg. Delivery time depends on the recipient's area.

- Metro Manila prices exclude the local delivery fee (about 150 pesos for the first 3kg, 25 pesos for each additional kg).

About compensation
- Without insurance: lost general goods are refunded at 150% of the freight; dangerous goods, liquids, chemicals, powders, batteries, fragile items and jewellery are not compensated.
- Insurance: 5% of the invoice value, cover up to 100,000,000₫.
Powders (ground coffee, cereal powder…) and liquids are not compensated unless you buy insurance — pack them very carefully.

Can I send coffee to the Philippines?
Yes, with a food surcharge of 30,000₫/kg; ground coffee is best vacuum-sealed.
Does the recipient have to pay duties?
No — duties are included in the service. Metro Manila only has a local delivery fee, collected on delivery.
How long does it take to send to Cebu?
Cebu is in the Visayas – Mindanao area, about 6–9 working days.
