Sending bird's nest to the USA

• Express Air does not accept branded/replica goods or food containing meat, eggs, dairy, bird's nest or seeds — these go through the restricted-goods service, quoted separately by our team.
• Bird's nest: up to 2kg per order, packed in silver zip bags.

The regular Express Air service does not accept bird's nest; it goes through the restricted-goods service, together with food containing meat, eggs or dairy, and branded goods.

Bird's nest, sá sùng (dried peanut worm) and saffron belong to a separate surcharge group (for reference, 350,000₫/kg by air). Because it goes through the restricted-goods service, our team quotes a flat price based on the weight and type of nest — usually within a few minutes of you sending the details.

1. 1Cleaned, fully dried nest with no moisture left; split it into silver zip bags and press out the air.
2. 2Up to 2kg of bird's nest per order.
3. 3Keep the receipt or product label if you have one — it helps declare the value accurately.
4. 4Place the bags in the middle of the box with foam all around so the nests do not break.

Ready-to-drink bird's nest (in jars, liquid) counts as a liquid and has different rules — ask our team first.
