Rules to know
- The recipient must register on EZ Way to receive the goods.
- Bird's nest and sea worms carry a 1,200,000₫/kg surcharge.
- Without insurance: lost general goods are refunded at 150% of the freight; no refund for medicine, replicas, dipping sauces, meat/eggs/dairy, bird's nest, dietary supplements, powders, liquids.
- Insurance: 5% of the invoice value, cover up to 100,000,000₫.
- Not accepted: gas cylinders and devices containing them, raw agarwood (agarwood incense and powder are accepted, with a surcharge), drugs, weapons, explosives.
- Liquids must be tightly sealed, packed in a foam box and then an outer carton.
- Prices exclude VAT.
- Chargeable weight = the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height in cm ÷ the service's divisor).
- UCargo offers free pickup at your door within Ho Chi Minh City; for other provinces, our team will advise you.
