Packing tips to lower the shipping fee
- Vacuum-seal clothes and blankets — this shrinks the volume a lot, because the fee is based on the larger of the actual weight and the volumetric weight.
- Stuff socks and small items inside shoes to use the empty space.
- Choose a snug-fitting box; a big half-empty box raises the volumetric weight.
- Each air parcel is 22kg max; for sea, aim for 12–22kg per parcel.
Branded and high-value goods
Express Air does not accept branded goods; branded bags, shoes and clothes go by sea or through the restricted-goods service (with a surcharge). Send genuine products only — US customs confiscates counterfeit brands.
Goods valued above the US duty-free limit may be taxed under the destination's rules.
